Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Fall Winter Hockey

In the case of a season-ending injury sustained during a scheduled Club practice or game, the Club will pro-rate the total annual fee for a Player on the following basis and issue a refund as appropriate, depending on when the injury was sustained: Season-ending Injury Sustained Pro-Rated Player Fee -Prior to October 17, 2025 - 33% -Prior to November 17, 2025 - 50% -Prior to December 17, 2025 - 66% -December 17, 2025 or after - 100%
